Gift Certificate Policy: Gift Certificates (Store or Mall) must be used in their entirety at the time of purchase.  No cash back can be given for any gift certificate.  As with most retail companies, there are no refunds on Gift Certificate purchases.  Our system has no way for an employee to process a return nor can they give cash back. Return Policy: Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns.  Every animal is custom made and has a special wish inside.  We will happily repair any damaged animal to the best of our ability.  If the animal is less than 30 days old and has a defect in workmanship, we will replace it with any animal of equal value.  Clothing and accessories may be exchanged for store credit if they are in brand new condition. Our system has no way for an employee to process a return; we appreciate your understanding and support. Term; Termination These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Teddy Bear Connection without notice at any time, for any reason.
